Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of KhaleejCV (“KhaleejCV”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an online CV/resume building service operated by Muhammad Ali, a sole trader based in Pakistan, available at https://khaleejcv.io. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

KhaleejCV lets you build a CV with a live preview, choose from our templates, and download it as a PDF. Building and downloading a CV is free; an optional one-time paid upgrade (KhaleejCV Pro) may be offered as described on our Pricing page.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

Any paid purchases are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), which acts as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. This means Paddle — not KhaleejCV — processes your payment, handles billing and tax, and is the merchant on record for the transaction. Paddle will appear as “Paddle.com” on your card or bank statement. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. KhaleejCV does not collect or store your card details.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you enter into your CVs (your text, photo and personal details). You grant KhaleejCV only the limited, non-exclusive licence needed to store, process and display that content back to you in order to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your CV content and do not sell it.

5. Our intellectual property

The KhaleejCV name, logo, CV templates, designs, website and software are the intellectual property of Muhammad Ali and are protected by applicable law. You may use them only as part of using the service; you may not copy, resell or redistribute the templates or software.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not use the service to impersonate another person or to enter false information about a third party.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that using KhaleejCV will result in any job, interview or outcome, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KhaleejCV and Muhammad Ali will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. We may also update, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
