Refund & Cancellation Policy

KhaleejCV is a digital product. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so our policy is intentionally simple and fair.

What you’re buying

KhaleejCV Pro is a one-time purchase of $3 (USD) that unlocks the paid features described on our Pricing page. It is delivered digitally as soon as your payment is confirmed. There is no subscription, so there is nothing recurring to cancel.

Refunds

If the product does not work as described, or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. We aim to resolve refund requests quickly and reasonably.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@khaleejcv.io with the email address you used at checkout and your Paddle order or receipt number. Because Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle) is our Merchant of Record, the refund is issued through Paddle back to your original payment method; you may also contact Paddle directly using the receipt they email you. Refunds typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

Since KhaleejCV Pro is a one-time purchase and not a subscription, no cancellation is needed and you will never be billed again. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your hub.
